To ensure that you always enjoy high quality Media Strom matresses, we have established 28 checkpoints at all stages of production, from ordering, receiving raw materials and production, to packaging, loading and complete product delivery, at your door. In addition, our company implements a strict internal control process to ensure consistent quality of products produced.

Our desire for continuous development and specialization has enabled us to have the ability within our factory facilities to issue certificates of quality compliance for other, competitive manufacturers, as an independent body.

with quality in production

Edge Test

-140 kg rolling bar that is applied on the edge of the mattress, with a frequency of 5,000 cycles.
– Total test duration 15 hours
– Simulation period 10 years

Firmness Measurement

A gradually increased load is applied to a specific area of the mattress. Deviations and loads are recorded and the stability index is calculated through a computer program.

Durability Test

– 140 kg rolling bar that is applied on the surface of the mattress, with a frequency of 30,000 cycles
– Total test duration 33 hours
-Simulation period 10 years

Pressure Mapping

A 77×194 cm cushion with 1664 pressure sensors measures the pressure values at all points of contact between your body and the mattress. This leads to optimization of the mattress design.
