We produce all our mattresses, tailor-made for each different order. All our mattresses are produced per 2 cm. in width and length, depending on your needs * (in even dimensions).

Automated mattress assembly line

The modern automated assembly line allows us to successfully implement the mass production unit. Thus, we can meet the size needs of each customer. In addition, state-of-the-art production equipment provides the advantage of producing 1,200 mattresses per shift. Thus, we keep our customers satisfied, delivering the mattress of their choice within 5 working days of their order.

R&D department

The only Officially Certified Research & Development Laboratory in the Greek Mattress Industry, guarantees reliable, durable and high quality mattresses, designed to withstand and maintain the highest levels of quality comfort, support, hygiene and durability. The laboratory has been created internally in accordance with EN 1957 2012 and on a daily basis, quality standards are ensured by mattress sampling and testing in extreme conditions.

Welding department of 5th generation materials

Our production uses a fifth generation welding technology to ensure that all the materials that make up a layer are firmly bonded together. The fifth generation technology ensures a robust, durable and reliable mattress that has all its components, closely interconnected.

Quality control department

Every day, during the production process, certain mattresses are randomly selected and subjected to rigorous tests in our officially certified R&D laboratory, in accordance with EN 1957 2012. In this way we ensure that all functional characteristics of each mattress meet all quality standards and highlight all the sleep benefits for which they were originally designed. In addition, each layer is completely inspected immediately after cessation of production for dimensional accuracy and possible visual defects.
